Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within 2–5 days in Germany and within 5–7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, from the time of your payment order). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Items with longer delivery times are made to order exclusively for you – the respective delivery time is shown on the product page.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the items in stock in advance, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

Collection by appointment at Carbonstar, Zum Freistein 6, 48629 Metelen, Germany – we’ll let you know by email as soon as your order is ready.
